Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AeroF1 iOS application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You agree NOT to modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, use for commercial purposes, circumvent features, or use automated tools to access the App.

Subscription Terms

We offer Premium Monthly and Premium Annual subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Content and Accuracy

The App displays data from third-party APIs (OpenF1 and Jolpica). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. The App is an unofficial fan application and is not affiliated with Formula One.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or decisions made based on App data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
